OKES AT DESIGN NIGHT TALLINN

The Dutch Bike Fantasy exhibition including my OKES bike is becoming a travelling exhibition around europe. This time the show hit Tallinn, Estonia, during de Disainioo Design night.

STOCKHOLM
Dutch Design exhibition in Stockholm, Sweden. Sponsored by the Royal Netherlands Ambassy in Stockholm.
The third edition of the OKES bike was exhibited. This white version is even lighter and durable by using ligheter more durable parts and offcourse the new hollow Oak wood frame. This white edition shows a different view on combining a classic material with modern shapes and image.

OKES BIKE @ EXHIBITION 'BICYCLE'
100 days two-wheeler event

The Netherlands has 16 over million inhabitants and an estimated 18 million bicycles. This summer the Designhuis in Eindhoven will honour this very Dutch phenomenon with an exhibition titled 'Bicycle'.
From 22 June through 5 October 2008 this exhibition will form the heart of a 100 day two-wheeler with a wide range of activities, lectures and trips.

SALONE DEL MOBILE MILAN 2008
OKES, oak lifestyle bike was shown at Salone Internazionale del Mobile, world largest disign show in Milan.

All of a sudden, design has come to its senses, integrating old values in a new quality. A calm yet modest and quieter form. The dawn of a serene lifestyle. This is what characterises the work of the new crop of graduates of Design Academy Eindhoven in the exhibition STILL. Their sincere pieces, imbued with restrained technique and welldesigned
practicability, are shown during the Salone del Mobile in Milan from April 16 through April 21, 2008. For years now, the exhibition during the Salone has been the platform for the academy's new graduates.
