Reinier Korstanje Design
Growing up on a farm on the Dutch coast made me appreciate the beauty of natural materials. It also gave me the freedom to explore many action sports as well as design and build products from a young age. After 4.5 years of studying I graduated from the Design Academy Eindhoven in January 2008. My graduation project was the OKES lifestyle bike; a solid oak bicycle designed with a completely unique look. My bike has been exhibited all over Europe. After my studies I started Reinier Korstanje Design. My company specializes in concepts, graphics and lifestyle and leisure product design. I completed an internship with Prolimit South Africa and now they are one of my biggest clients. My company is based in The Hague, Holland. Part of my time I travel between Promlits R&D center in Cape Town and their factories in The Far East working on samples, product experimenting and designing. I spend the European winter in the South Africa summer, as the conditions are ideal for testing surf products during our design process. When I am not designing for my clients I design and build my own furniture, bikes, lamps and other products.

Prolimit
Prolimit is an international watersport brand. I’m working on the design of harnesses, wetsuits and accessories for windsurfing, kite surfing, surfing and wakeboarding. I have been working with Prolimit since 2006. Check out the full collection on www.prolimit.com
Brabo Hockey
Brabo Hockey is a Dutch hockey brand with an international distribution. I’m responsible for designing their hockey bags, shin guards, gloves and other accessories. I have worked with them since 2009. Check out the full collection on www.brabo.nl
