Soundlab

Soundlab was a project I did during my graduation period at Design Academy Eindhoven. Soundlab was a reasearch to find a material and shape that could be acousic and soundproofing at the same time. Products you can buy now are only acousic or soundprooding. A good an good looking product that does both does not exist. Tis is why I came up with a nice looking, acousic shape made out of a more solid material to create good soundproofing habits. Using my sound test, the best solution seemed a material with rubber on the outside and plaster on the inside. this combination shaped in an hexan shape created the ultimate sound material.
